The freshest nose to this point with an earthy extract of red and black cherry and pinot fruit aromas that introduce edgy and firmly if not aggressively structured medium full flavors that are quite complex and this finishes with a noticeably dry, warm and long finish that has a slightly bitter chocolate character to it. This will probably always be chewy and I have put the drinking window earlier than it might otherwise be to avoid the risk of this drying out with extended bottle age. 85/2009+
