The FE is one of my favourite Nikon cameras. It’s a dream to use, is super user friendly and doesn’t take a lot of effort to get great results from it. This one definitely does not disappoint when it comes to quality! The sample images provided were taken by me on this exact camera. As thirty years of history has proven, the electronic FE is at the very least as reliable as any fully mechanical Nikon camera, and its tiny watch batteries (LR44) last for years, and the battery check gauge will warn you weeks before the batteries die. This camera has everything one can possibly need from an SLR, it sacrifices nothing and was built to last! It even has an M90 mode which will let you actuate the shutter at 1/90th even when the batteries are dead.
