The new Cloudflow 4 shoe is now one of the lightest On Cloudflow shoes ever designed. It weighs 200 grams in the women's size range and 235 grams for the men's sizes.

So what makes this 4th edition of the Cloudflow running shoe so different from its predecessors?

The brand-new upper of this shoe, made from 100% recycled polyester, draws inspiration from the layout of the fast, carbon-infused Cloudboom Echo 3 performance shoe. The end outcome in the new Cloudflow is a speedy and lightweight road running sneaker that offers enhanced airiness during those scorching summer workouts and running training sessions.

The new Cloudflow is now ideal for fast training sessions as well as 5km to half marathon races – especially for the lighter foot runners.

The new Cloudflow 4 has a fast Speedboard® (with improved stiffness and strength) as well as CloudTec® in Helion™ dual-density superfoam throughout the shoe. This is similar to its previous versions, however more "rubber in the sole" helps this new design from On to absorb more shock and give further protection to your knees and feet – effectively more impact absorption. “You will feel it” – that is the message from the lab shoe designers at On in Zurich. The grip rubber pads in the outer sole have also been improved to enhance traction on wet surfaces.

The final outcome is a shoe that is even more receptive - providing next-level energy return, more strength, efficiency, and more gentle impacts for your legs. Essentially, the shoe's new sole technology enables a more cushioned stride. If it is "fast" you are looking for in a On running shoe then the new Cloudflow 4 is definitely one to consider.
