The TiAL Q BOV is engineered for serious performance enthusiasts seeking the highest flowing blow-off valve on the market. Perfect for turbocharged and supercharged setups (Paxton, Vortech, and others), it combines robust construction with innovative design to deliver outstanding boost control, lightning-quick response, and exceptional reliability – even under extreme horsepower.

Through extensive R&D, TiAL redesigned the Q to flow 60% more air per cycle than the original model, making it ideal for high-boost builds that demand precise pressure relief. Built from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, the valve body and all internals are strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. The V-Band design provides a clean look and secure, pressure-tight fit, while stainless steel hardware ensures durability.

For reliability, the valve uses a Viton O-ring seal clamped in place to prevent sticking, and a Teflon-lubricated, hard-anodized valve stem and guide to reduce friction and wear. The high-temp Nomex-reinforced diaphragm withstands heat and boost without deformation. With anodized color options, it also adds a custom aesthetic under the hood.
