'The Flatten Image series is a continuation of my studies into reproduction processes, which combines digital and analogue techniques to examine the authenticity and value of reproduction. Whilst these works look like layered collages, they’re actually direct photographs on light sensitive paper. While making each image, I perform different in-camera interventions, inserting stencils or sheets within the camera during multiple exposures to create ‘collages of light’.'
