Meet Wally, the loveable Galah whose gentle humour and pink blush have made him one of my most recognisable birds.

Originally part of the Flummoxed Flock series, Wally captures the playful, down-to-earth charm of Australia’s most familiar feathered friend - equal parts curious and cheeky. This embellished edition brings his spirit to life with soft gold-like highlights brushed by hand, catching the light across his crest and feathers.

This piece became unexpectedly well known after the original painting was stolen from the Lyell McEwin hospital in 2023, briefly making “Where’s Wally” more than just a joke.

About this Edition

Each piece begins as a fine art giclée on archival canvas, printed locally by Up In Frames in Adelaide. Kelly then hand-finishes every print in her Brisbane studio with gold-like foil and paint, so no two are ever quite the same. Subtle variations in foil and texture are part of the hand-crafted process.
