Papa Nui x Giggles collaboration of American Red Cross War Knits adds some fun to the bleakest of weather.

A crazy whimsical take on the classic WWII pattern these vintage style watch caps will hold you fast this season. A beautiful single fold cap that's draws its inspiration from the hand knitted 'Knit for Victory' program of the 1940's. Often in the rush to get as many knits out to the troops as possible, a knitter would finish out the project in whatever wool was available. These watch caps capture this feeling and are created in an authentic pattern that sits above the ears and is hand knitted in a luxurious New Zealand 8 ply Perendale Wool and Peruvian Worsted.

Each watch cap can feature an original 1940’s ‘ARC’ tag as well that can be attached at your request if you'd like this sewn on.

Available in a limited collection with a unique array of  hues which enhance the tones of OD fatigues, this springy long staple yarn is a dense wool with a dry chalky handle and is perfect for keeping the cold at bay and the fit is superb!

-100% Perendale wool from New Zealand, and Peruvian Worsted from the Andes is soft, tough and less itchy than traditional Worsteds.

(Wool is super stretchy and will be more comfortable with constant wear therefore sizing will fit most.)
