Epi-Max is the natural muscle builder Epicatechin, a bioactive flavanol that helps stimulate follistatin.

Epicatechin is a natural flavanol which can be found in green tea and dark chocolate, boasting health and performance benefits.

Epicatechin aids muscle growth by inhibiting myostatin. Myostatin is a myokine protein that that regulates muscle growth throughout all stages of your life, and its purpose is to stop your muscles growing out of control; people with very low natural myostatin tend to be more muscular.

Epicatechin does not directly block Myostatin, instead it stimulates follistatin which is another protein. Follistatin then blocks myostatin, leading to greater muscle growth and strength.

Epi-Max includes BioPerine® a patented version of black pepper extract which helps the bioavailability of the epicatechin.
