The blade segment of the Breaching Axe is fashioned with a tapered flat grind to lighten its weight while maintaining a razor-sharp edge, complemented by a chisel point extremity on the back end that functions both as a breaching and prying device. The flat face of the blade not only aids in prying but also functions as a fulcrum, enhancing leverage during use.

This device utilizes a double recurve handle that accommodates comfortable grip both at the lower end and near the upper region, close to the head.
