Microcast spool for 20 Metanium. Two types of groove depth are available. Please choose according to your fishing style. Incorporating a lightweight spool improves short pitch casting and makes it easier to handle lightweight lures. It is also possible to convert it into a magnetic brake by installing a magnetic brake (sold separately). The shallow groove type 20MT24R is recommended for finesse bass fishing using around 1.5 PE line, as well as for mountain stream trout. The deep groove type 20MT42R has a line capacity that is just right for slightly light fishing using 8Lb to 12Lb fluorocarbon, and allows you to comfortably cast lightweight shad plugs. You will be able to experience the essence of Microcast Spool, which improves performance without sacrificing winding length or spool weight by optimizing the amount of line wound.
