DIRECTIONS: Don't be the fool who overdoses on pre-workout! You NEVER need to take more than two scoops. For beginners, mix one scoop with 6-8 ounces of water. For advanced athletes, mix 2 scoops with 8-10 ounces of water. Consume 15-30 minutes before lifting things up and putting them down repeatedly.
