This release in The Afterlife series is a saison aged on Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc grape pressings sourced from our friends at AKEA wine.  The beer matured for 24 months in oak barrels, followed by additional ageing before a final 12- month bottle conditioning.

This ale pours a captivating light purple-pink, it's delicate complexity reveals itself in layers - spiced cherries dance with bright citrus notes, while the classic saison yeast character weaves through a subtle vinous backbone.
