Gorgeous black silk shirt jacket by Norma Kamali OMO from the early 80’s. Can be styled as lingerie, shirt, top, blouse, or jacket and features a ruffle around the neckline, front, and hemline plus 3 rows of dramatic tiered ruffles around the end of the bell sleeves. There is a tie at the waist and top flares toward the hem creating beautiful draping. Made in USA - Size 4 on original tag. In excellent vintage condition, no flaws to note.
