1950's Metallic Kelly or Emerald Green Wiggle Dress. It is a heavy material - possibly silk?

There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size xsmall or small. Please use actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit.

Great vintage condition overall with the exception of a couple of seams that have come undone. See pics.
