Original large oil painting, signed "Angelina Quic"  of Mayan Women Weaving and Preparing the Thread to Weave using the overhead or birds-eye view. The painting starts with cotten harvest, cotton cleaning and hand spinning, thread dying,  and thread being wound on a warping board or warping frame and other steps prior to weaving on a backstrap loom. Painting approximately size 30" x 40".
