DETAILS: This a vibrant dress for warm weather wear - reminiscent of a caftan, but day dress length. It is styled with a rounded neck and straight shift-style body. The cap sleeves have some similarities to batwings - they are stitched closed under the arm and add a bit of flutter as they narrow down to end a bit below the waist.

Import styles from Asia can be difficult to date - after pondering this one for almost a decade, I think it is most likely 80s to 90s.
