About Return and Refund

We ensure the quality of all the items. The products can be returned or changed without giveing reasons in 7 days. In order that the process will be unhindered and accurate, please contact with our online customer service staff. The returned goods (including the tag and the packing bag) must be new and intact, without any damage, washing and modification mark. The attachment must be complete. About Size

The size chart is porvided by the factory and there may be some errors about 3 cm its normal. So it's better for you to contact our customer service do not mind, tell us your personal information by height, weight and bust size. We will  advice right size for you.

All of items are real leather and natural fur, its normal to smell a little when you receive the package. Because they are made by hand, it can not be garenteed that they will be all exactly the same as the goods online. Certain product may have small problems like thread or crooked joint,but it won't affect wearing. Accessory and attachment like button, zipper and lining will change irregularly. All the pictures are only for reference.
