Recycled Denim / long denim pants

不要になった、もしくは余剰の素材を粉砕して綿から糸に戻す反毛の技術、これを応用して14番×14番の薄手のデニムを新たに開発しました。経糸は杢グレーの糸をロープ染色し、緯糸は杢グレーそのままの色で織りたてました。その心は60年代の海兵隊員用デニムの解析で、ジニングしきれない緯糸がややくすんでいたことにあります。ただ、製品をレプリカにすることなくフィルメランジェらしい味付け、組み合わせを手助けしてくれるような品番を作成しました。

We developed new light OZ denim with recycle recarded yarn 14 counts which recover second hand clothing or cutting wastage to restructure. Weft yarn is dyed denim in with Rope dying and Warp yarn is mélange gray as recarded yarn color itself. The reason why we use it is that we studied and found that 40’s vintage denims for Marine is made of the fabric which remained a few seeds wastes after ginning cotton. And we designed products inspired by Vintage Denims adding Filmelange feel.
