1980s Raul Blanco 100% Silk Skirt. Tiers of small pleated ruffles. Abstract red and white pattern. Hidden back zip and hook and bar closure. In very good vintage condition; as you can see from the photos, some of the pleated ruffles have come out of their pleats. There is also a very small abrasion on the back hem next to the closure (last photo). The skirt has been priced accordingly. Size 8/Medium with the following approximate flat lay measurements:

Waist: 14” (the waist is slightly elasticized in the back and can stretch to 15.5")

Hips: 19.5”
