Radium Fuel Pump Install Kit — BMW E46 M3 / E36 M3 / E36 3-Series

This plug-and-play fuel pump install kit allows popular high-performance aftermarket fuel pumps to be fitted directly into the BMW E46 M3, E36 M3, and E36 3-Series (OBDII) without any permanent modifications to the fuel system. No cutting, drilling, or grinding required.

The kit includes a 6061-T6 CNC billet aluminium sleeve that slides over a 39mm diameter aftermarket pump body to mimic the larger 43mm OEM BMW fuel pump diameter. The machined rib snaps into the fuel pump hanger and correctly locates the filter sock. All necessary electrical components are included for a true plug-and-play installation.

Note: The sleeve is designed for 39mm diameter pump bodies only. For pumps not listed above, measure the outside diameter before ordering. Pumps greater or less than 39mm in diameter are not compatible with this sleeve.

Important Notes:

1. The Walbro F90000262/273 pump uses the same connectors as the OEM BMW pump.
2. Aftermarket pumps may draw more current than the OEM BMW wiring was designed for. The factory 15A fuel pump fuse provides a safety net — if this fuse blows, upgrade the corresponding wiring accordingly.
