This beauty is made of an excellent quality medium weight cotton in a fantastic maroon & multicolor print, with shirred & ruffled chartreuse & gold braid trim. The skirt features tiered circle construction with the lowest tier revealing a peek-a-boo chartreuse faux petticoat layer underneath. It closes with a side metal zipper & hooks, and can be worn with or without a crinoline - shown with.
