NOTED FLAWS: The back has a few large faded spots- as pointed out in the photos. May have other very minor fraying or pilling due to age but nothing noteworthy.

48 inches total length top to bottom not including straps (empire waistline to bottom hem is 41 inches)
24-32 inches around elastic empire waistband
Straps are 13-18 inches based on how you adjust them
