Tagged a size Medium. Based on the measurements below this would best fit a size Small to Medium depending on you like your fit. This does have stretch to it.

Outer Sleeve: 22" - (includes 3" sleeve cuff) - shoulder seam to sleeve end

Inner sleeve: 17" - underarm to sleeve only

Chest: 38" - underarm to underarm

Bottom: 30-34" - comfortably around

Length: 20" - (includes 3" bottom cuff) - center back to shirt bottom - (this is short in length)
