V neckline, shoulder pads, ties at waist, elastic at cuffs, wide elastic waistband, full flowing skirt all in a gorgeous pattern. 100% silk.

Very good vintage condition. Top of elastic waistband seems a tad overstretched from storage on a hanger by the previous owner. Waist measurement taken at top for largest measurement.
