Variable Speed Blade Control Matches the Material

The HVBS-712V runs blade speeds from 88 to 270 SFPM, adjustable with a single knob. There are no belts to swap between cuts. This lets you set the right speed for the stock in the vise — whether you're cutting mild steel, aluminum, or other non-ferrous material — without breaking your workflow.

Sealed Hardened Gear Drive Delivers Consistent Torque

The saw runs on a 1HP, 115V DC motor paired with a sealed, hardened, and ground gear drive. The gear drive keeps torque steady through the cut and protects the drivetrain from chips and coolant. This combination holds cutting speed even when working through thicker cross-sections.

Hydraulic Downfeed Controls Cut Rate

The hydraulic downfeed lets you regulate how fast the bow descends through the workpiece. A controlled feed rate reduces blade deflection and produces cleaner cut faces. It also extends blade life by preventing the kind of aggressive contact that comes from an unregulated drop.

Tool-Free Vise and Multi-Position Blade Guides Speed Setup

The vise swivels to 45 degrees without tools, and the material stop adjusts without tools as well. The multi-position blade guides are set to match the work at hand. Together these systems reduce the time between cuts when you're working through a production run or cutting stock to length in volume.
