Why fit an EP Radiator & Oil Cooler Guard Set?

Motorcycle radiators and oil coolers are positioned so they are not restricted to the open air and passing airflow, both of which are required to cool engine coolant flowing through their internal cores. Unfortunately, radiators are also 'open' to damage from road debris. The MV Agusta Dragster RR SCS EP Radiator & Oil Cooler Guard Set is designed to protect the delicate cooling fins and internal galleries by preventing stones, grit etc from 'shot blasting' or, worse, puncturing the radiator  and oil cooler's delicate aluminium construction to cause them to leak. The result of which will be overheating, which, in turn, can result in engine damage.
